SKIN FILM

Skin film for plastic trays.

Skin film provides extended shelf life, reduces food waste, improves product tenderness, and enhances visual appeal.
It is applied using either thermoforming machines or top seal machines with pre-formed trays.

FLOWPACK

Printed Flowpack.

Flowpack film is a flexible, efficient, and fast packaging method for horizontal or vertical packing.
A flat film is formed and sealed into a pouch, with or without modified atmosphere.
The film is designed with a customized barrier to protect the product and extend its shelf life.

TOP FILM

Top film with print for sealing trays.

Top film provides the optimal packaging result. The material and barrier properties are tailored to the specific needs of the product, and whether it will be sealed to a tray or bottom film.

BOTTOM FILM

Rigid bottom film thermoformed into a tray.

Bottom film, rigid or flexible for deep drawing machine. The film is formed into a tray with the desired depth, alternatively, it tightly encloses the product to ensure an effective seal. It can be delivered as clear film or with print.

The bottom film can also be obtained with a barrier depending on the needs of the product. The combination of bottom film and top film creates a secure seal that protects the food from contamination and preserves its quality and freshness for longer.

Shrink film suitable for all types of products packed on a flowpack machine or L-sealer.
This thin, crystal-clear film with antifog properties shrinks tightly around the product when passed through a heat tunnel.
It secures the product, protects against contamination, and ensures optimal shelf life.
